Barbour, Otty L. Memorial Scholarship (Class of 1903)

Senate agrees that the scholarships shall "assist needy University students, shall be two in number and of the annual value of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and shall be tenable for two years" (SM5 196). Income to be used for two students (SM5 165).
