" Dr. H. V.B. Bridges made the formal presentation on behalf of the family and the
portrait was unveiled by Mrs. L.D. Millidge... a daughter of Dr. Jack. The portrait has been
placed in the University Library and the likeness has been favorably commented upon by the
friends of the late President" (PR 1914, 145).
